Pilates Flow: our 45 minute signature Pilates mat class is a rhythmic class with yoga inspired movements that seamlessly connect body to mind with each transition. This class focuses on lengthening, toning and strengthening your muscles with an emphasis on stability and mobility while connecting your breath to each movement.
Pre/Post Natal: trimester specific workouts, postpartum exercises, and breath work classes to guided you through your pre/post natal journey.
Cycle Syncing: workouts connected to each phase of your monthly cycle, classes consist of follicular phase, ovulation, luteal phase and menstruation workouts.
Quick Workouts: quick classes ranging from 10 - 30 minutes and a variety of muscle group focuses including just arms, just abs, just glutes and full body.
